What is PSSOR?
Puget Sound Safety Off Road (PSSOR) is the off road motorcycle division of Puget Sound Safety (PSS). PSS is a safety training school which was founded in 1996.
The off road side of the school focuses on training programs specific to dirtbikes, dualsport and adventure motorcycles. Riders of differing ages and experience/skill levels are accommodated in our different levels of training.
Where is PSSOR?
The Puget Sound Safety main office is located in Puyallup, WA.
Most of the training programs currently take place on private property in Roy, WA (about 15 minutes sounth of Tacoma - behind Join Base Lewis-McChord).
Who are your Instructors?
PSSOR Instructors are avid dirt, dualsport and adventure riders. All instructors currently have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a motorcycle instructor and hold local and national certifications.
Check back soon for detailed profiles of our instructors.
Do you train racers?
PSSOR does not have a racing or competitive specific training program, however many riders have found that our foundation techniques combined with our instructors coaching skill is valuable training for riding an off road bike. Many of the skills that PSSOR advocates can be used in competitive events.
